Hi all, I'm just looking for any help or advice for anyone who has been in a similar position. My husband has been receiving letters from DCAs for just over a year for debt on credit cards that he never had. He has called them and explained that it is not his debt and to send him proof. If you pay this money, then it will be seen as an admission the debt is his, people have CCJ's set aside all the time, it isn't that rare, you appear, on the surface, to have a good case, with a reasonable chance of success, I would strongly advise you follow the legal process here, otherwise you won't see that money again.
