I think I've seen them as standard in Farmfoods but as it's Easter other places might have them as well.

I think they may have frozen crowns for £9.99.
You may need to buy 2 x crowns to feed 8+, as they don't seem to be big.

Sometimes the crowns are the same price as a whole turkey with a similar sized breast so you might be better getting one of those and chopping off the wings and legs and freezing them. :)

went to Sainsbobs and got the last one they had in the size I wanted Feeds 9-11 and it was a fresh one and was £19.70 and I used a £5.00sworth of nectar points so it only cost £14.70 which I thought was brilliant as its a really good sized one.Now nestling in DDs freezer until Friday when she will take it out to defrost in the fridge until Sunday.Glad I went today as the lady in the shop said once the fresh ones were gone they wouldn't get anymore in.Stock control apparently is very strict in the big stores now so once its gone thats it !!!
  • why don't you try Morrisons, they have Turkey Crowns in store now, but better still they have fantastic British Whole Turkeys at Half Price! And these really are half price, £11.50 (3.7 - 4.7kg serves 7 - 8) and £14.00 (4.8 - 5.5kg serves 8 - 9).

They are also award winners, having won the 'Best Traditional Christmas Turkey' at the last British Turkey Awards.

I might be biased, we do supply them, but they are good lol

i would try a local or market butcher as you will normally pay less than the supermarkets especially is you have a lot to feed
