Tesco 25% off when buying 6 bottles of wine/champagne

my local extra store don't stock my favourite wine for some reason & it's never available online from grocery either so i usually have to 'stock up' when they have a wine direct offer on, just checked & my fave is showing available on grocery. thanks OP, 12 bottles ordered hic!

Thanks op, have ordered 12 bottles of pink cava for my dd's 18th :beer: its showing the new customer discount but not the 25% off, I guess that shows up when delivered.

Well, we did as MSE advised, and ordered our Tesco wine on April Fools Day. No discount was shown, and my husband did query why it said 6 cases on the website, but hey ho, ahead we went, ordering 12 bottles.
The wine arrived today, no 25% discount, so I phoned Tesco and they reiterated that it was only on 6 cases or more that the discount applied.
Not happy, as you can imagine, so I shall be interested to know how others fare with their online orders.

You have ordered the wine from the wrong website.
You should have ordered it from the Tesco Grocery website not the Tesco Wine by the case website.

Ok, I see now, my husband was doing the ordering and we both thought we were talking about the same site. We shall have to try the grocery site.

Just had a look at their Returns Policy. It states that you can return your wine to a Tesco Store (with invoice) or you can ring Tesco Wine by the Case Customer Services to arrange a collection.

We have tried again. Still not seeing the reduction, but hope that when its delivered tomorrow night, the 25% will have been deducted.

The 25% off will show at the bottom of the invoice the Tesco Delivery driver will give you tomorrow night.
