    A squeaky black seed? :D
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

No, never tried it. I use coconut oil, olive oil, rapeseed oil or groundnut oil instead.

It does seem to have a lot of beneficial properties and lots of research to back it up. Definitely one to watch. Interestingly, Nestle has tried to get in on it and filed a patent application on using nigella sativa to "prevent food allergies" in 2010 in order to claim it as their intellectual property when using the plant seed or extract as a food ingredient or drug.

I recently started using Chia seeds, similar to flax except they are far more easy to digest without milling and have large amounts of ALA Omega 3. I used to consume flax seed oil but buying it is so prone to rancidity that far too much was spoilt when I got it and I got fed up sending it back. Hopefully chia seeds will provide the oil without the problems associated with flax. It also forms a useful gelling effect which helps keep one regular. ;)

Goji berries/Chinese wolfberry I have been using for quite a while, combining them with another herb to enhance the effect. Quite sweet that it is difficult resist consuming too many. High in carbs unfortunately but with many beneficial properties.

I do use Coconut oil, love the stuff. There are lots of nutritious and beneficial foods, often termed Superfoods, that have only fairly recently started to become known.
