Hi Shezzy, I have, via Payplan, agreed a £1 payment with all my 12 creditors (£122k debt) and for the last 4 months it has been quiet except for one loan company who has decided to pursue a County Court Judgement for £22k + £4k interest and costs. Payplan have contested their claim for me to payback £70 a month (am currently unemployed) which I cannot afford and there is a court hearing next week. The other 11 creditors have not kicked up yet.0
