hi all
has anybody had any experience of taking out a LET to buy Mortgage ?
I'm looking to buy a a second property, i was looking for buy to let, but then the mortage advisor told me about the Let to buy scheme.... i spoke to another mortage advisor he said not bother with Let to buy.
Any thoughts ?
