Hi All, I looked over Martin's website for the best fixed cash ISA,as I have a 10k i which i dont want to take out for a couple of years and I found Fortress bond which goes 3% interest year 1, 3.5 % for y2 and 4% FOR Y3, which is better than all the cash ISA options on Martins list. Is there a catch i am missing here as Fortress bond is not mentioned on Martins or other comparison or moneywise so I am a bit dubious about it. link is below

It would appear it's not FSCS regulated, and therefore you're at risk of losing the lot if they go under.
It depends what the risk is (I've done no research on the finances of the company), but for not much more than usual, I wouldn't risk it.💙💛 💔0
