You say your son is at college. Can you agree to maybe pay his bus pass but not give him pocket money? Perhaps he could work during his spare time or at the weekends or during the holidays?
That would save you 86.67. Could you also stop the regular savings? I'm not sure what they're for but that would save you another 43.33, with those 2 together and the loan being paid off, come July you should be at least able to balance the books.
Your food budget doesn't seem that high to be honest, but I know the people on the moneysavingoldstyle board are great at living on next to nothing so they might have some tips there.
Congratulations on getting out of the abusive relationship, I hope things are much better for you and your son.
