Re-Mortgage chances

Evening
From lurking this forum I know there are some superb Brokers on here so am looking for assistance.
I do intend to see a broker but wondered if someone could advise on the following:
Recently separated I am looking at options for the future and one is to buy the Mrs out, just wondered what my chances are for a re mortgage into my own name
Mortgage required 130-135k
Salary 33k
Term 17 years
No debt
Only the usual utility household outgoings
Property value circa 170k
Any help appreciated, can afford it but my thinking is getting accepted may be tight
