TTI SPC - no default date shown on Equifax entry

My bankruptcy was 24th March 2009, and I was discharged 25th September 2009, and I have just passed the six year milestone.

I have successfully cleaned my credit files so all dates are correct, balances are zero and accounts are all marked as 'Satified' or 'Partially Satisfied'.

I have however got one account which was with originally a Barclaycard account, and is now with TTI SPC.

This account has the correct default date shown on my Experian and Call Credit files, but on my Equifax file there is no default or default date shown at all, just the date the account was SETTLED (which is correct and matches my discharge date). There is now default balance shown. This is zero!!

My question is whether I need to make contact with TTI, to ask them to amend the Equifax entry to include a default date with equinox, or can I just leave it.

If I left the account as it is now with no default date, would it then disappear from my equifax file six years from the SETTLEMENT DATE.

The account details shown on my Equifax file are:

Name: xxxxxxxx
Date of Birth: xx/xx/xxxx
Terms: 0 @ £ 0 (Monthly)
Status: Settled
Current Balance: £ 0
Start Balance: £ 0
Credit Limit : £ 0
Default / Delinquent Balance: £ 0
Start Date: 24/05/1997
Date Updated: 19/07/2011
Date Last Delinquent:
Date Satisfied: 25/09/2009
Default Date:
Payment Amount:
Previous Statement Balance:
Cash Advance Amount:
Number of Cash Advances During Month:
Credit Limit Change:
Minimum Payment?:
Promotional Rate:

As you can see, it doesn't even mention default at all!!

Many thanks

Check with Equifax to make sure there isn't some error their end, and that it truly is not recorded as a default.

If so then you would need to complain to TTI that the data they have reported to Equifax is inconsistent, inaccurate, and in breach of ICO guidelines.
