Got back tonight, found bits of litter in the garden (litterbugs), but just I was putting one bit of rubbish in the bin, thought, mmm this looks familiar ... Sada receipt, bit wet so brought it inside and dried it out - £2.58 APG. So, now I don't even have to go out wombling - kind people bring them to me
So, thanks to whoever bought chicken bites, salad bar tray, pasta sauce and walnut cake, and didn't have an M&M card:D:T'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Evening people beautiful people. I am back in the land of the elite and all up to date.
Big congratuwelldone to the Zippys for their weightloss and to Svelte Fit Scottish bloke. Are we becoming a thread of healthy people? Woo!
I finish my 3 month exercise and healthy eating programme tomorrow. I say finish, it's totally a part of my life now and I never want to stop!Starting the guide again next week and upping my cardio and HIIT. There's lots to be done still but I've dropped a dress size and have mini ab muscles now. Balance is so so important. I still have whatever I fancy in moderation but I've started craving certain healthy foods. My whole outlook has changed. Anyone can do it!

Evening luvlies, there's also another £1 moc for the same thing further on in the mag, on page 55 ish I think. I posted a week or so ago and was wondering if you actually need to spend the £5. Some of their bags of BE mix are on 3 for 2 so if you bought 3 of the super sunshine/ classic garden veg at 1.89, would the till think you'd spent £5.67 but you'd only spent 3.78 - £1 moc = 2.78 actual spend? Just throwing it out there for others really as my freezers are choca:happylove Nanny to 2 Cherubs :happylove0 -
