Hiya tweets, don't let your mum bring you down just look at your signature and be proud and happy😇:)
Think tweets has done really well I have read about your steady weight loss and massive self discipline and think that you are an inspiration xcurl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

The OP was on HUKD. Some folks on there ordered for c+c and got subs for 2p :money:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Good evening all
Been missing due to life getting in the way - how dare it
Tweets - you do so well to put up with your mum and your weight loss is brilliant. Whenever anyone says anything bad or negative to me I remind myself of Eleanor Roosevelt saying - no-one can make you feel inferior without your permission. You know the things she says are rubbish so do not give her permission to make you feel bad xx
I need to share some super exciting news with the gang - I have just bought my dream car, very very non-mse and I don't care :j:j:j
Have to wait a week for delivery which is going to be agony0 -
Sister is having so many problems with her new flat.
Part of me wants to say I told you so (purely because we warned them about so many things) but I'm mainly angry for her. Landlords claimed flat had been cleaned between tenancies (which is why they couldn't move in straightaway) and it hadn't. Unless their idea of clean is dust & mold. The tv aerial doesn't work. The shower 'holder' is broken so when you turn the shower on it sprays everywhere. There's mold in the bathroom. Actual mold. And today the toilet broke. When they looked at it it was held together by duct tape.
Her landlords should be ashamed of themselves. This is her first time living away from home and she's had nothing but trouble poor love. They're paying almost £1000 a month for this place and already have a list as long as your arm of what's wrong with it. My personal favourite was the broken fridge drawer held together by duct tape and a pencil
That's awful EMMAPhope they sort it .
One of the bedsits/flat my DS was renting with his mate sounded bad in similar ways, His mates dad was a solicitor and managed to get their tenancy cancelled and found them somewhere better to live.0 -

Don't get me wrong, I was upset for dad, but it was a relief having her out of the equasion.
All of those problems should be dealt with by the landlord. We work for an estate agent that deals with rentals and we sort out the tv and phone problems.
Think they need to put a list in writing and tell them they expect to have a reduction in rent until such time that everything is sorted.
They have a list. We told them to take as many photos as possible and email both the estate agents and the landlords so everyone knows what's going on. I suggested the reduction in rent too. Why would you pay for something you're not getting? They don't really know what's hit them tbhDebt free 6th December 2014
