Waites came back N/A????
Sorry, it seems we're unable to compare your shop to Waitrose as it either
a) doesn't have any directly comparable branded or own-label products and/or
b) contains products that are part of a promotion which make it difficult for mySupermarket to make a fair comparisons.
c) contains products that their prices are now over 7 days old.0 -

I'd rather not go.
Depends who has funded you;)
I would be very disappointed if one of mine chose not to go. DS1's graduation was a lovely day. He turned down the master's graduation because he was desperate for his wisdom teeth to be removed and it clashed. I didn't mind so much because it was only a year after his graduation and the same uni.
Lots of peeps have kids doing masters later this year. my DS2 has also been accepted. Not an ideal year as guaranteed tuition fee loans don't kick in until 2016 and his uni's criteria for bursaries mean he is unlikely to get one.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Westie I didn't go to my masters graduation. For lots of reasons. I looked like a beached whale because I was days away from giving birthI'd done it before with my degree and I honestly didn't fancy the costs involved.....gown hire, scrolls, photos etc. and I didn't fancy sitting in a ceremony all day in my condition. And who wants to pay for a photo of themselves looking at their worst
Don't feel pressured. Talk to your family too......sometimes it's worth doing it to make your parents feel proud? It's a big thing for older generations to have a child go to uni because mostly they couldn't. There's no right or wrong. Just do what's right for you without putting anyone else out.....AKA p ussy footing:rotfl:
Good luck :A0 -
