The monument is called Penshaw Monument, and the country park is called Herrington Country Park. Its between Sunderland and Durham in the North East.

I think with the Hipp. Its on offer of 12 for £(sorry don't know). If you buy 11 of 1 type and 1 of another. The system doesn't know you had the offer as it can only see a max of 10 of each item.
