Good morning everyone. Happy Easter. Easter bunny came this morning and left loads of eggs in the garden. DD had great fun finding them all. Went over the top with creme and caramel eggs from when they glitched. Also forgot to get mini eggs and small wrapped ones which were commented on (oops).
I can not decide if I am glad supermarkets are closed or not. I would have picked up a C&C and done a quick womble by now if they were open.
Anyway off to bake now. Sausage rolls, quiche and corned beef plait I think. Family here for lunch and they like the old fashioned type things. Glad I made the sweet things yesterday.0 -

Morning all, very foggy here - which means everywhere 10 miles away is in bright sunshine as we seem to live under this cloud ...
There will be only 2 of us here today so we are having anti- Easter and having sausages instead and the only chocolate will be the 2 aldi eggs
Eldest child and bf are up north having family Easter, youngest is sailing in Aberdovy on a works training weekend. Eldest son is supposed to be going with GF to a food festival - bought his tickets on line via the website yesterday but nothing came through
Last year we were on an Easter cruise (3/4 !!!!!! deals and 1/4 real money) - I think the most thrilling thing today will be a visit to the recycling“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Meant to ask yesterday but forgot, what are ducks eggs like TM? I don't think I've ever had one.
I don't think there's a huge difference. But the yolks are bigger so they taste nicer/richer......that's if you prefer the yolks.
Never mind the taste.......they look great in my dish:rotfl:
Almost translucent:)
I love food as ornaments. I currently have bowls of Avocados and lemons in dishes. The colours look beautiful together.
And yes. They'll all get eaten:)To do is to be. Rousseau
