For those of you who followed my story for the last 9 months, Tasha is running to raise money for Leukemia and Lymphoma Research in memory of my darling Dad.
This is a cruel vicious illness which for anyone over 60 is practically untreatable. Dad was keen on helping with medical trials but the leukemia spread through his body so quickly he was unable to help research.
I am very proud of Tashas commitment to her training and would be nice to show her our support.
I love my friends here regardless if you can afford to sponserTasha but a few womble pennies will make all the difference to her total.
I posted on the charities board so here is that link

A bump a day would be nice but please don't over run the thread.

I rarely post in the daytime but just wanted to come on and thank those of you who have already sponsored Tasha.
I had a text from my sister this morning asking if I 'had been up to something?'
In true PD style I checked the bed for a man:rotfl: then checked Tashas Just Giving Page.
Thank You so much from all of us and of course Dad :A
My sisters friends are all running London, Brighton or Paris this month so not much sponser money around. She is going to do a Bake Sale at work and I have decided to donate 20 handmade cards to her cause.
Every Little Helps:)

I know. I knew I would get slated for it, but I only have a small store near me and needed another 6 bottles and usually when something is posted on here at a good price, I generally find the shelves empty when I get to the store. Luckily there was more than enough on the shelf this morning for everyone should they have wanted any.
It's your perogative to post about a glitch or not. I'm sure there are plenty of lurkers/people from other groups here who find glitches and keep it to themselves.
Absolutely nothing wrong in taking advantage yourself before publicly posting for all n sundry. Some people seem to forget that there are probably hundreds/thousands more lurkers out there than actually post, who will very quickly strip stores clean.0 -
