Get an odd amount (1 or 3, 5 if you like apg >£10) of the glitching conditioner (silky smoother) and 1 shampoo for the glitch to work. Shampoos I've bought and had work are:

Marvellous transformer
Nourishing Repairer
Sleek restorer.

ETA: Only buy 1 of the shampoos per shop, or the apg will pick up a multibuy for the 2 or more shampoos.

Is this that you pay £4 for 2 instore, does the trigger conditioner show on the apg? Or is it missing altogether?
