Just done my accounts for the month of March. Actual spend on groceries/household is £91 for the month. I am quite happy with this as have 18 of the 3 for £10 eggs ready for gifts and also £20 of Lidl turkey in the freezer. Freezers are full again after 10p woopsie bread during the week so not too bad a month. Thanks to everyone on here. Now off to spend some of the wombles I have in my purse. Hope for some rice.
I am hoping to review my spends over the next few months Always start well then ....................
There are only two of us and no idea what a budget should be I don't need to watch as such just now but after next month that may change slightly so would like to see what I spend but need to factor in a reserve for gliches I cant bring myself to use APG's on same offer or even near the same date but they get used eventually0 -

I've had a lovely day so far, got up late then had to get dressed   and go to the farm for a tray of eggs. I love going there as as you approach you see the hens pecking around in the field. They look so content
My mum and dad kept a pub before dad retired and that is where dh and I went for lunch, had a tear in my eye as it brought back memories but enjoyed the meal even if it did cost

Afternoon
Just caught up, yet again I've had to skip quite a bit since Tuesday/Wednesday due to being busy filling in funding applications - total nightmare! Thankfully all done for now so just to sort out stuff for the summer. I'm glad I've only 3 days left then off for 10
I'll enjoy the rest of my pj day watching movies with DS and that leaves me tomorrow to go shopping, I totally forgot about the Easter holidays so have nothing in for lunches except bread and don't think DS will want sandwiches every day.
Congrats to hampydoodums DD's
