"if our customers wish to collect discarded receipts then this is ok with us. We only ask
that receipts are only collected from the floor and trolleys and not from any litter bins"

Of course, that's only a request, what legalities it holds I wouldn't like to say ;)

:D Hope the bin doesn't accidentally get kicked over

The SEL was £2.95 but ill grab a gun tomorrow when im in and see what they actually scan at. Thank you.
Only works on HD & C&C if your Asda has them reduced in store to £1.
You get charged £1 BUT APG sees the £2.95 that is online, so net effect is APG for £2.05 on a £1 spend. HTH

  • It's not anyone's place really...and yet...:)

I haven't seen anyone encouraging anyone else to buy in bulk and sell on - someone asked poppy directly last night how much she was selling things for at car boot. And frankly I would have thought grown up people can make their own minds up as to how much they buy/what they do with it etc

So is it ok to trawl the car park and pick up say 3 or 4 dotted around but it would be fraud to grab a handful out of the bin? I'm not a lawyer nor a bin grabber but the above logic fails me :o

So a few extra of the stuff we use is ok, but any more than that is pure greed. Just how many is ok then? :)
as I said before its up to your conscience to decide and we are all different.if you have the money and the time , you can buy the shop full if you want...then you can take them to the car boot every week and make loads for more money and profit.im sure you are old enough to know your own mind and your own morals and the best of british to you.
FYI, the wombles I have picked up have not been in the car park or the bin so you could say I was litter picking, not trawling the car park but if ppl want to pick up as many receipts as they want they can.
as I said before in my previous post I may not be very logical today but I recognise a barbed post wen I read one
People bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with :)

Funny you should say that as yesterday there were numerous bins and water butts being blown all around the As car park due to the strong winds.

Had one of my best wombling weekends for a long time :D

It was the wind M'Lord :D :rotfl:

No need to be rude. It was me who asked Poppy how much she sold stuff for if she didnt mind telling me because I was curious how much people were paying when they could buy them themselves when they were on offer. I am a 'grown up' and more than capable of making my own mind up thank you. Yet another example of why myself and plenty others dont post on here very often. Ive been back posting for a matter of days and already the rudeness springs up.
