Try NEFF service department, there is a number in the handbook for the oven.
I guess this is an older oven and would suggest it may cost more than your oven is worth. Maybe time to buy a shiny new one?"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Lisa,
It's likely just to be the fan element which is usually pretty easy to change.

The reason most Electricians don't repair ovens is because it is hard to source the materials and it isn't worth the hassle. You'd be suprised how many people expect a Sparks to repair appliances.
If people cleaned their appliances instead of leaving grease and crumbs and 3 years of dust on them, maybe, and only maybe would an Electrician possibly look at the appliance. There are a lot of Filthy people out there ,if hotel and restaurant have to be spotless , i think people kitchens should be too.0 -

Lisa.
My daughters oven had exactly the same problem and it was the element, as mentioned above. She was able to remove the back plate in the oven, remove two screws holding the element and pull out the element. She pushed the new one back in and screwed it up, then replaced the back plate. Job Done. (OBVIOUSLY ELECTRICITY OFF FIRST!!)
Some elements are more difficult and in that case you have to take out the oven and get at it from the back. Again no problem. When I had to replace one I put a kitchen stool in front of the cooker, removed the screws, edged the cooker out gently and sat it on the stool, then removed the screws and took out the element and replaced it as above.
She dreaded doing it but found it really easy and was well chuffed with herself. The good thing is you can switch off the electricity and start removing the screws and see how far you get. If it's beyond you then call an electrician.I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!
