Linking Paypal account with surveys/GPT/beermoney sites.

Has anybody had any problem linking their Paypal account with any of the sites mentioned on this sub-forum, when the registration email is not the primary email on Paypal?
Foe example I know that for Swagbucks it's ok to have the login email as a secondary address on Paypal. What about other sites?
I was going to join QMEE but I read on their FAQ that the notification email and the primary email address on paypal must be the same.
Any insight on this?
