No you can't - end of !
If you have used a broker ask them (now)
If you went direct, find a broker and talk to them (now)

Oh my goodness. Yes, you must get in touch via broker if you used one or directly if not. Could it be a mistake? Have you taken out any loans recently / maxed out your credit cards?
I don't know if you can sue them but I'm sure you have the right to know why this is happening!0 -
Mortgage offers are only withdrawn because of fraud, or a serious change in circumstances.
If none of the above applies to you, then you have a case to sue them.0 -
You need to find a new mortgage ASAP, so best to find a broker.
Check your credit reports and see if anything has shown up.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -

What is your evidence for this assertion?0 -
There must be a reason why they have withdrew there offer. People would loose thousands of they just pulled out willy nilly???0

Talk to your Solicitor. I thought that the Lender was a party to the Exchange of Contracts, so that they cannot simply withdraw.
Not really sure why you are asking on a forum, when you can ask someone who definitely knows what's going on.0
