Basically I applied on Tuesday night and got the agreed in principle thing. On Wednesday I got an email to say rng em to confirm a few details before they make a drfinate decision so I did and they confirmed things then said it's been approved at a higer percentage which is fine. She said they will send loan docs out I sign and they will release funds. Revived the pack today and it says to sign the agreement send it back and they will release the funds. It says about credit checks but I thought they would have already done them seeing she said loan had been approved. I'm confused whether I've been accepted ot not so needed people who have had one to let me know what happened after sending loan docs back. Is there extra checks after that or not haha

Seems a long drawn out process if they are gonna say no! I thought after the initial agreed in principal and then the phone call to confirm and then sating yes its approved and going through payment details etc all checks would have been done

Generally not. If your app had been referred, it would tell you that in the letter.

See I thought checks and everything had been done I'm just confused (Dosent take much) if it helps the address to send the docs back was COMPLETIONS CENTRE

Sign the papers, return them as instructed. You will either get the funds or you will not. What is the rush?

No rush I just dnt like being in limbo of not knowing.

You only applied on Tuesday night. These things sometimes take a few days. You will hear soon, but if you have been approved in principle, you should be OK, though maybe not at the rate you hoped for.

yes I got an email to phone to conform details which I did and she said I had been approved at a slightly higher Apr. She said to return loan docs and they will send the funds I sent the loan docs back yesterday and paid for guaranteed next day post. Will they ask for extra checks or proof now or is it completed.
Also how long does funds take to reach you and do they notify you when they have release the funds
