How long was it before you won your first ever comp

Hi Guys, still a newbie here, so please don't shoot me down in flames if this is the wrong place to put this, however, was wondering as a matter of interest how long it was before peeps got their first win ?


I've only been doing this for about 4 weeks and have been entering about 50-60 a day as that's all I have time for, however, not won a biscuit !. Is there any discrimination i.e. gmail or Hotmail email accounts being used or is that just the way things roll around here. Just inquisitive, love comping though, just not enough time. Thanks in advance for any response.xx.

Hiya, this is the wrong place (needs to go in compers chat corner) but not to worry, it doesn't matter too much
It took me about a month, and then was very slow after that, probably one win every 2 months or so. Keep at it and you'll get one eventually

I have been comping since january and probably entering the same amount of comps as you. I have not won yet but i live in hope that i will get lucky soon, its nice to get the chance to enter so many comps for free so although i havent had a win i still feel lucky and excited.

I love seeing other people who have won and how excited they are knowing one day it could be me.

I only started the begining of Feb, im not sure how many i enter a day, 100s/1000s more than likely. My Fave are Twitter. I do Enter big Comps but i like the little comps to.

I knew I'd done it wrong lol. Thanks for the insight, its part of the buzz looking out for the emails, I'm getting loads of spam though , even though I am careful with the tick boxes, I get loads of emails saying Congratulations you've won x amount of spins on gambling emails or claim your prize before its too late, you click on it and then its answer a survey to go into another prize draw

Hi kayley6688, omg how long does it take you to enter 100s/1000s of comps. It takes me 2 hours to do 50-60, I use robo-form/autofill aswell ???!!!

I tend to put TW on this site so all the Twitter ones come up and just go through them. Iv won one rafflecopter which was the £50 Just Eat Voucher, and an email one which was the Cupcakes, The rest are Twitter wins xx:o

Hi Kayley - just wondering re your Twitter wins, are you a regular Twitter user (tweeting non-competition followers, etc)? I rarely win on Twitter, but only use it for competitions and am wondering whether they've sussed me out!

I've been comping on and off for two years but only via twitter and have so far won 18 prizes, its such a buzz but I do find other people on twitter win weekly but I have no idea how!!

I only use my twitter account for comps aswell, does that matter ?
