Hi
Any info . I have an offer from Northern rock for the house i am buying yet my buyer has fallen through . I have contacted my current mortgage provider reference renting my current property out . Still waiting to here back . One of the things in Northern rock's offer says that the offer is issued with that my current house is sold . Will Northern rock change on this and allow me to keep the current house rented out as well . If i do get premission to rent it out . Posted about other ideas before just looking into all options. Sure loads of people go through this just getting very cheesed off and dont want to loose the house i have found.
Thanks

they will probably do it if the house is self-funding but might want you to switch the existing loan to a buy-to-let deal. Will you have cash to put down on the new property without the sale of this one?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser code of conduct. Yes i do .I Do have savings and could manage to pay deposit , stamp duty ,and soilicitors fee's etc. Was going to change to interest only on my current house . And was looking for house similiar to rent in the area and the amount they are asking would cover my mortgage and also leave alittle bit left over. Just looking into all options at the minute. thanks0
