Bankruptcy Form Question

In the main bankruptcy form I was wondering what to put for where I live. As explained in previous threads I live with my wife in her home. She got it before I moved in and owns it solely. Would I leave the section where it says property owned blank? There doesn't seem to be a section to explain my situation. I moved in about 18 months ago. I pay toward household expenses obviously but she insisted everything to do with the house stays in her name.

Do I put this in as extra information at the back. Or wait for the OR's phone call for them to question it?

If you don't own any property, you leave that blank

You can explain in the extra information section that the house is in your wife's name and you've not contributed to the mortgage but have covered other household expenses.

Yes, you don't own a property, nor so you have an interest in one, so those sections would all be no or blank.
