I have just purchased groceries with a total guide price of £35 then applied the code XXVZYG for £10 off. There are some BOGOFs in there which will take the total below £30 at delivery. Although the code has gone through fine on the website, can they choose not to honour it at delivery if the actual total is below the £30 threshold?

A small minority of people have posted that a code has not been applied on delivery, but most of the time they are accepted. Usually the amount is calculated before BOGOFs are deducted.

If the discount hasn't come off on your invoice when your shopping is delivered and, if you are feeling brave, you could refuse delivery.

I had my first delivery last night using this code and it was fine.

I have just received my tesco grocery order and used a £10 off £30 code. My grocery order was over £80 before bogof and came to £55 after. The code went through online but when i received my order its been rejected:mad: leaving me paying over £6(can't remember exact) delivery cost

I rang customer services and they told me i could only use the code if it is issued to me, so i argued that it went through on my order online but got nowhere.

If i'd known it wouldn't go through would have used Asda!

Is this Tesco cracking down or is it just me
