Hi there, I'm new to this but have used this website for a short while now for Tesco clubcard codes, And have found it a brilliant site.

I have been collecting points for a while now (5 years+) and have had no problems until I was overcharged £25 on a box of Portuguese rose wine, (originally charged £40! instead on the £15 stated online.
Rightly so I was a bit miffed at this, So I rang customer service.....Very bad idea,.
Not only were they the rudest customer service agents I have ever encountered ( And I have read that over & over again on MANY forums), They discovered my other 3 accounts..oops.
Stupid on my part it may have been (it was £25?!) But I have a very distinct feeling that they did this on purpose in some form in the bid to get me ME to call them instead of them contacting me (About my multiple accounts) and looking like they were being aggressive or them even breaking some sort of personal information law?? (Anybody know?)

Now I'm seeing other obvious mistake from them around the forums. This is amongst others I have noticed:

Im not a conspiracy theorist, But do all these people who get mistyped codes multiple account holders? I wonder...... I lost 6450 points when I rang to get my £25 back. They closed down 3 of my 4 accounts with immediate effect. I'll be more careful in future now!:mad:

I only have one account and I still got the misprinted code. I subscribe to the incompetency theory rather than a conspiracy theory. It's a lot easier to make a mistake than to go to the trouble of a conspiracy. :rotfl:
