what is it with Tesco Direct? are they all a bunch of fools?
After agreeing a refund of £75 on a bed that had damage to the head board delivered Nov 10th despite various phone calls still no cheque! Was told aty first that the cheque was coming from India!!!!
We will never again buy from them!!!

I've checked my own order and the same thing has happened to me so have stuck a lump of beef in my basket, just in case. Angry is an understatement!

If you have had problems with ordering Turkeys without warnings or being contacted by Tesco make sure you complain like hell to them...

I've had several problems like this with Tesco, mainly with Wine orders but still they will usually offer you some form of "compensation" if you've been inconvenienced. Sometimes it seems that Tesco think they are too big to worry about customer service but it shouldn't be that way...

which store is that? my local store had no power last night & all deliveries were cancelled cos all the chillers & other bits were shut off

unfortunately you cant blame tesco for the power cut, it happens, now you have the chance to get out & go round the shop :rotfl: wrap up warm too :money:
