Income and Expenditure

I'm doing my income and expenditure but struggling to work out how much the typical person needs to spend on housekeeping which includes food/cleaning - Just a single adult? My amount changes often and not in the right frame of mind to work it out.

Also when a charity helped me do the petition form, the amounts have changed due to recent rent increases and benefit amounts changed.

Is it ok to put a line through the old amount and replace with new figures?

If anyone is able to assist me over the phone tomorrow I don't mind calling you so I get the exact figures correct, I don't want to pay anything out from my benefits on a regular basis as I'm struggling already.

Is the only income benefits? If so, then they can't take any under an income payments agreement no matter what the figures show.
