I'm using O2 CPW but can't seem to connect to GPRS even after installing the O2 Active from O2 website. Any idea how to solve this?

Strange, although my husband is on an O2 PUFL contract and he can't get WAP access at all.
You could look in your settings and then internet settings to check you are set up for wap either O2 GPRS or O2 MMS, I am on O2 GPRS

    Go to
    http://www.o2.co.uk/services/ota4/input1
Enter your phone model, and it will tell you how to check if your WAP settings are correct

This happened to me on one of my free sims, it was because it thinks you are going to access wap and wants a minimum amount on the card, I got it because I ask for the wap settings before I rang 2112, once this happens you cannot use that sim to get a game, it will alway try and get you to top up, you will need to use another sim if you have one
