i just want some advice really i have applied for a boots card must be 6 months ago and still not received my plastic card. This is the second time and am i right in thinking you cant get the any vouchers without it.....any advice please......

have a question if you don't mind .

Someone very kindly gave me some perfume for my birthday. Trouble is, I don't wear perfume. If I took it to Boots, do you think they'd take it back? I don't have a receipt .

Ive had my card since jan of this yr and still carnt get any vouchers of out the acm machine !!

just reminded me too as my mam always gets a message with sorry no offers at this time. She rang CS and was given 1000pts and was told they'll try and fix it but still not working so she has to ring again.

yeh ive rang and wrote so many times sent email to them last week but dint get any points aadded .....................oh bums lol
