Thanks for this - but be prepared - I think it is an off shore call line so it is a bit difficult getting them to understand what you are saying - SPEAK VERY SLOWLY AND CLEARLY!!!!!!!!! So much for customer service - but I suppose it is a freebie so what should we expect! Great post - thanks.

Just thought I'd let you all know that this is for a potty training kit. It's not that great you just get chart and stickers. No wipes!

sorry to put a dampener on this, but has anyone actually recd any of this stuff? I have rung up for the last two or three potty training/wipes offers and haven't ever recd a bean...at this rate I may as well register with Clearasil as baby brulee will be a teenager by the time this stuff ever comes through!!

ps - feel better - now rant over!! :-)

I applied for the potty training kit ages ago and only got it months later after emailing them and complaining. :rolleyes:

I do remember some people saying that they DID get free wipes or vouchers for wipes at some point, but I never had them.

I applied twice, once for the potty training kit and once for the wipes. It took a few months but I did eventually get the training kit, it's fine for free and little ones love the sticker reward thing. Not had any wipes though.
