If you look at the text:

To the right is a scroll bar.If you drag that down the form should reveal itself.

I can't see the form either - I have tried pressing on what I think is the scroll bar that Weeowens describes but I can't seem to get anything other than a blank space where the entry form should be.
Any other ideas?
P.S. Thanks to the OP for the comp and Weeowens for the help (I think it is me being thick rather than your advice not working!).0 -
