Pension sharing order problems.

The consent order was stamped at the begining of last year, my pension was split 50-50 with my ex. The fee for the pension sharing order was £950 each, I paid my share in April last year but my ex, despite letters from my Pension provider, has not yet paid her share.
I'm not sure of my options at this stage and need a bit of advice, I am worried that I will be charged further as the pension sharing order fee may rise ?
Is there a period of time in which she must pay the fee ?
I haven't had much information back from my Pension people, they make me wait three weeks for a reply and then it is just a simple one line one at that. They have asked me to contact the pension service centre, which I did today but it's another three week wait for a response.
Just when I thought my divorce had been all settled to, I thought she may have been keen to have the order in place and not drag this out. She has remarried and seems to be doing very well for herself, with a new car and regular holidays, so money shouldn't be an issue.
Any advice would be very welcome.

So it is your pension and she is due to receive half of it?

If so, i wouldnt worry, as a. You have paid your fee and b. They can take the cost of the implementation out of her share of the CETV if she doesnt pay up.

I agree, it is hers to pay.

Although I have to say not a very healthy outlook to be keeping tags on the ex and looking on with envy either.

Thanks for your comments, yes it is my pension being shared.Your answers put me at ease now, I shall see what the pension people come back with.
I'm not keeping tags I was just emphasising the fact that she is comfortable financially . My kids 22 and 19 told me about the new car and holidays, I couldn't give a damn really !

Well it didn't sound like it as you mentioned it.

Maybe you should send her a letter via the children asking her to take care of it so they stop bothering you?

If I didn't mention it you may have thought she had financial problems and couldn't afford the fee ?

I haven't been bothered by anyone, I contacted my pension people to ask if the sharing order had been completed, they responded by letting me know that my ex had not paid her fee, even after being written to several times, sorry for not making it any clearer :(.
