Could you not get a quote for 10 benq 330wp panels instead. If you're only going to make use of the south facing roof and are happy paying a premium then as far as I can see that would be the better option.
They were suggested to you earlier in the thread and there's plenty of time before the next FiT drop to get quoted for them. ...that is if you haven't paid your deposit yet
    2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)

The next FIT review is in July? A little while, but it took a little while for us to decide on exactly what we was going to have. And of course the structural survey/EPC assessments had to happen first. The company we used were really quite good though I must say but would allow a couple of weeks before installation for anyone thats thinking about doing it! The BenQ panels turned out a little pricey we thought - ended up using Hanwha Q cells.... after looking around a lot they seemed the best value for money.

Ok made a decision - thanks for the advice earlier

Getting 10 panels on the South facing roof

    10 LG 305 Xeon
    SE 3000 Inverter
    P350 Optimisers
    EPC included

    About 2750KwH

Knocked them down £150 to £5400 - best of the 3 quotes

Sounds reasonable.... but we got 16 panels for £5350 ...don't know if you had any special requirements though.
