The Orbit PIF asks for a % and not a £ amount

All PIFs ask for a % and not £ amount. They are documents issued by the HCA to the HTB Agents.

That's why I thought BPHA was talking nonsense. Thing is, you have to pick your battles. These people are on a Government contract and if you don't let them tick their little box, you don't get what you want.

So % and £ now goes on everything.

I have to give it to Orbit though, there were a couple of mistakes in my app.


One on the reservation form (they put yes in the ground rent box but didn't put an amount, there wasn't actually any ground rent as it's freehold) and I some how missed ticking the box where it asks if the applicants are member of armed force, social tenants or other and yet they still got it processed and the ATP to me in just under 2 working days.
