Where to shop for Regulated Buy to Lets?

Hi all,

I'm planing on buying a flat for my mum to let it out to her.

I understand this requires a regulated buy to let mortgage. Unfortunatly I've not had much luck looking on the net of where to get them?

The Mansfield Building Society appears to offer one but I'm hoping for more for comparison. I've heard I'm likely needed to try a broker in which case are there any suggestions on this also?

Some brokers would probably struggle with this. I dont think its one you should be tackling yourself - I can only think of 2 lenders who will do it (I wasnt aware of the mansfield) and neither are on the high street (unless your in the right area).

Most brokers can do it if they put their research cap on so its just a case of ringing around until you find one you like and get on with.
