Hi any advice welcome.

I have had ford finance over the years but I px a car 4 years old with them and brought a new one where you pay for 2 years and then you can re finance or buy another one or just give it back ,my 2 years are up in aug so went back to have a chat only to be told they can't give me finance due to the fact I now have 2 ccj's due to bad solictors advice and court case about x hubby .
I wrote to fords underwriters with a copy of my credit info which is not good , they phoned me and said with them I am a 1st class customer and over the years never missed a payment ,but the company can't loan to anyone with ccj orders .
So how can I keep the car where can I look for the finance for the balance £5,500 I need the car my son is disabled and I take him where he has to go .I was his carer but now on retirement .

How recent are the CCJ's it may be that there are some people prepared to lend to you at reasonable rates? Try the eligibility calculator on here which may give you an indication.

If no one is prepared to lend then you may have to face returning the car and saving for a cheap runaround. (not as daunting as it seems, £1500 will buy you quite a nice 2nd hand car)

As jonesey said check out if he is eligible for a notability allowance.
