Is there a way?

Options
I came to the UK on a workingholiday 20 years ago. Not too long after my arrival here, my home country startedto flounder and as unpalatable as it is I found myself on the wrong side of aracial divide. I have always worked in full time employment currently earningmore than £60k p/a and I pay my dues, I shouldhave a good credit score but I have no assets. I have not been able to save asI have a family whom I support and because of my earnings I am not entitled(asfar as I know) to any help. I have found a cheap property in France that I likebut it is below the minimum mortgage level. My wife went back to work after 15years as a house wife and this means that we can make regular payments of £500permonth without any problems. Can I get a loan for £45k or is there another way?I want to get on the housing ladder, but it feels like the deck is stackedagainst me.

You earn 60k per year but have NO assets?? That doesn't sound too good.

Credit scores don't exist as far as lenders are concerned.

A loan for £45k wont happen as far as I know.

If you cant save what would you use for the repayments ?
