IPA company

I don't want to name but is anyone else having a problem with their IPA payments? I've had threats demanding all sorts of amounts which bear no relation to the amount I'm supposed to pay and when it's put right, no apology or anything. To say nothing of the poor grammar and spelling in some of their emails. I did actually speak to someone today who did apologise for an erroneous letter but there have been several mistakes in the few months that I've been paying an IPA.

I know we have no choice about who does this work but if I did I'd certainly be looking round for someone else. Surely the IS monitor their work and contract?

Am I the only one?

They did they used to use Moon Beaver but the new contract went to Clark Willmott. At least your lucky they never used to reply to my emails, at least I finished my IPA last year, took them about 4 months to send me a letter saying my IPA was finished mind.
