I signed up for an Egg card a few months ago and it was interest free till august. I paid it off in full in July and now they have charged me interest. I am fuming. Does anyone know where I stand.

I wish I knew where you stood. Had the same thing happen with me and a Halifax card. I phoned them and got some sort of answer, I think the 0% ended halfway through the month? okay I think I see what they could mean BUT the next month they charged me some interest again, despite me having cleared the cards totally 2 months running.
I faxed them as I wanted a written answer (no emal address) and I didnt want to pay phone charges. That was on 16/7/07. Still no answer, only an acknowledgment.
Anyone from Halifax or Egg out there to help----PLEASETallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0
