I am just writing to say thank you.
I received a PCN from Elite in September which got handed over to ZZPS Ltd as soon as I'd made an appeal. They avoided giving me a POPLA code, tried every trick in the book, including finally this letter that's been hanging about "from" Wright Hassall Solicitors. Every single bit of correspondence they sent me was forwarded to BPA. Got an email from BPA saying that the operator has agreed to cancel the ticket.
Great advice here, takes time to read through and make sense of it but so worth the effort. The lows to which they go in trying to trick you out of your rights is disgusting - if it was Joe Bloggs public doing that the police would be down on them like a ton of bricks...... but that's a rant for a different day.
