nationwide valuations

In process of getting valuation and FTB so haven't got a clue. Asked for homebuyer report. Now had 2 messages from nationwide with 2 different dates for valuations. Would they do a normal bank one on one day and the homebuyer on another or has it just been rescheduled?

Think the messages are a good idea but still confusing!

    Lenders tracking messages are often confusing and inaccurate. If you want to be sure of the date ask the agent.

    The homebuyer report is done on a single visit if arranged through the lender.
