Finally after the dip from nationwide referred i have just received an email to say we have a dip accepted yay phew they did two credit searches on my file on the 16th one was soft and one was hard search.
It said on the email they will let my broker know on the process of the application does this mean its going through as full application now? They have all the documents they need at the minute unless they want more.
So what happens now? Do they do another credit search again?

Don't need advice now absolutely gutted the original buyers have come back and because they put a reservation fee down they have to honor it0
