Thank you AndyBSG, it certainly seems like the apocalypse when you're in the middle of it but it's far from it in reality. I think what makes it worse is that you scour the net for help or examples to try help you get through it, but are met with horror stories about others in similar situations.
There truly is light at the end of a very dark tunnel and with days to go, I'm keeping everything crossed all will be fine.
Lizziegoblin - the men with clipboards are the debt collectors/field officers coming to recover goods I hid from. They were called around 5 times in a 10 day period and since my partner was at work, I used to try be out of the house or lived in my bedroom. It's silly looking back but my head was a mess at the time.0 -

No, as soon as we got home after he'd been declared he called his creditors and gave them his reference number. We've not heard anything (apart from a statement from one creditor) since. It's been such a relief!0
