C & G / TSB mortgage statements

Has anyone not received their annual statement yet ? We always received ours in January but still have not received one. I have phoned 4 times and they just keep telling me that they are in the process of doing them ! I'm a bit concerned it may have been delivered elsewhere

We got our C & G / TSB Mortgage statement a few weeks back.0

Still no joy from their customer helpline. Just keep telling me that they will be going out soon. They also cannot tell me if mine has already been sent !0

Not much help to you but can confirm we received ours as usual at the end of January/beginning of February.0

If you go to the TSB home page you can register using your mortgage account number to request a login to access your mortge account and view and manage your mortgage on-line.
I only found this myself a few months ago.0
