Borrowers Age

Would the borrowers age affect the cost/deal of a mortgage if under 21 compared to someone who is 21 or over?
As loans are typically for 21 and over (which is ridicolous if someone can manage payments).

some lenders will only lend over 21 because that they do not want to lend to people under this age.
If you qualify for the mortgage the rates will be what they are - regardless of age so in short - No your age does not affect the deal. Your age may affect your ability to get the deal at all.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
