These are our minimum/basic requirements for every case, regardless of lender specifics.
Three months' bank statements
Three months' payslips & P60
Three years' accounts and/or SA302s (self employed)
Evidence of identity
Evidence of address (additional for any periods not on voter's roll)
Gifted deposit letter/form
