Help mortgage debt repayment and new property

Options
Hi I was wondering if anyone can help. I got into bad credit and now with Payplan. I have a mortgage with Woolwich and now looking to sell the house and repay all my debts. Then I want to buy a new house with the rest of the money. My bad debts are defaults and missed payments. Which lender would be able to look at this or should I wait for 2 years to get a good mortgage ?

Whether you can get this placed depends on the deposit you have. Even if you can get it placed you may not like the rate.

One where you should get some clear advice before you take any action. We speak to far too many people in a similar situation who have agreed a sale before they have checked their onward borrowing.
